What’s your most important work success factor?

My energy, love of people, endless curiosity and passion for learning.

What contributes to your success?

A good dose of luck. The ability to be present. A conscious, daily focus on practicing the art of happiness. Using meditation and yoga to help me be healthy, balanced and empty my mind.

What do you focus on and care about in your work?

Developing clear visions of where a team or partner company is able to go. Communicating that vision and aligning people around it. Helping people find meaning and joy in their work.

What is the role of listening in your work?

The role of listening in any people related job is HUGE (and massively under-trained). I find it fascinating to sit in, or lead, a meeting and consciously increase my listening. Suddenly, we start listening beyond words.
