What’s your most important work success factor?

Creating the environment where people can fulfil their personal potential and make their dreams come true. Grow your people, grow your business. Clarity of goals, focused effort plus execution excellence.

What contributes to your success?

Working to my greatest strengths, achievement orientation, identifying peoples personal strengths and maximising their growth potential, high performance standards, clearly establish priorities, focus on delivering through execution excellence and playing to win.

What do you focus on and care about in your work?

To be a leadership role model to create and sustain the performance of high potential individuals in a high-performance team delivering world class sustainable profitable growth through continuous KPI measurement monitoring and improvement.

What is the role of listening in your work?

There are several aspects to this. Initially learning how to avoid the many mistakes CEO’s make by either not using or mis-using listening. Effective listening provides a compelling value added competency in my workplace where I work where English is not the first language. So I have to focus on verbal and non verbal cues to positively transform people and their workplaces. This extends to families in their homes with Avon’s outreach into the community.
